1. When the impact object collides with the barrier, or when the gas pressure caused by the explosion rapidly increases, the force sensor will be impacted, and the corresponding measurement circuit will convert the force value into electrical signal (voltage or current), thus completing the process of converting the external force into electrical signal.
2. The electrical signal of the sensor is transmitted to the high-speed measurement analyzer, which amplifies the electrical signal output by the force sensor into a standard analog signal that is easy to collect and measure through the signal conditioner, then, the voltage is converted to digital signal through AD module, and communication with computer through USB2.0 high-speed interface. The acquisition frequency of AD module can reach up to 100kHz(that is, collecting 100,000 times per second), so that the computer can collect the force value at the moment of collision.
3. The software draws time-force curves based on the collected data, so as to observe the change process and rule of data more intuitively, The software can realize the following functions by analyzing the collected data:
Collect and storage force value
Identify upper and lower limit
Detect peak-valley value
Data statistics and analysis
Provide reports automatically
Data playback, and can be marked at special points time value and force value ( according to customer’s requirement)
The host program software interface is simple, the function practical: Force value collection and recording; The identification of upper and lower limits; Peak-valley value detection; Statistics and analysis of data; Automatic report generation; Historical data query, Excel report production, etc. The software can select the force value channel, and the other channels can be displayed by page turning. The sampling period of the system is adjustable, and the number of sampling channels is adjustable. The input range of voltage signal is adjustable.
Force analysis software can be customized and developed according to customer requirements and operating habits.
