Servo oil press adopts servo motor combined with imported oil pump and imported servo valve for precise control, featuring high sensitivity and fast response.

High precision displacement sensor is adopted for detection (the displacement sensor is imported non-contact magnetic suspension structure). The repeated positioning precision is high, and the repeated precision can reach 3/10000.

The machine operation is more humanized, the man-machine interface is simple and easy to operate, and the pressure, position and speed can be set freely and adjusted on the computer screen. Equipment datum can communicate with computers and PC terminals, remote monitoring, data storage cloud, and achieve lean management.

In the fully automatic production mode, the production cycle can be shortened by about 40% compared with the traditional machine.

2.    Low noise: servo motor has lower operating noise than ordinary motor, adjustable speed, more quiet at low speed.
