Product instruction
MRN-01 used for measure torque value. Since the output is square wave frequency signal (another module can be added to output 4-20ma current signal or voltage signal), strong anti-interference ability and easy to use. Sensor is transformer induction power supplied, can bear long time working, widely used in measurement of speed and torque of motor, generator, draught fan, aircraft, mine industry, reducer, ship, diesel engine.
Principle of operations
Measure : The input shaft and output shaft are connected by a torsion bar, with splines on the input shaft and keyways on the output shaft. When the torsion bar is twisted by the torque of the steering wheel, the relative position between the spline on the input shaft and the keyway on the output shaft is changed. The relative displacement of splines and keyways is equal to the amount of torsion of the torsion bar, resulting in a change in the magnetic intensity of the spline, which is converted into a voltage signal through the coil. The high frequency part of the signal is filtered by the detection circuit, and only the torque signal part is amplified. Non-contact torque sensor adopts non-contact working mode, so it has a long life, high reliability, and is not easy to be attrited. With less delay, less affected by axial deflection and axial deviation, it is now widely used in cars and light vehicles.

Connection methods
Torque sensor connect with power equipment and load equipment
(1) Elastic pin coupling connection: This connection method is simple structure, easy manufacture and maintain. It can compensate the relative deviation of shaft caused by installation error, it also has slight damping effect. Suitable for high or low speed operation with moderate load and frequent start-up, working temperature -20~60℃.
(2) Rigid coupling connection: This kind of connection has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, but no compensation, no damping and the two shafts ask for high installation accuracy. For working conditions with little vibration.
